Carlton R. Tipton

Founder & President

A Sanford, Florida native, Carlton pursued a law enforcement career after college football in Kentucky, serving various roles within the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office. Passionate about coaching youth and high school sports, he’s actively involved in the church and community, enjoying weightlifting, gardening, and mentoring.

Beatrice Manley

Vice President

Affectionately known as “Queen,” Beatrice has dedicated nearly 30 years to public service, now working in Child Protective Services. Married for 35 years with four children, she’s an active community and church member, enjoying cooking and family time.

Kenneth Bevan Jr.

Chief Executive Officer

Kenny, from Lake Mary, Florida, has spent nearly three decades in public education, currently an assistant principal. As a father of two, he’s heavily involved in church and community, with a passion for kayaking and family gatherings.

Emily Tipton

Director of Operations

Carlton’s daughter, Emily, graduated from UCF and pursued a Master’s in Occupational Therapy. She works as an Occupational Therapist in Orange County, striving to impact families positively, professionally inspired by her father’s community engagement.

Jason Reichard

Director of Fundraising

Hailing from Lake Zurich, Illinois, Jason is a Northern Illinois University business graduate with over 20 years in HR technology consulting. Proudly married with two children, Jason dedicates his time to church, family activities, and his favorite verse from Isaiah 26:3.

Hannah Tipton

Treasurer

Originally from Canada, Hannah, the Oral Roberts University alumna, recently worked as a bookkeeper. Residing in Franklin, TN, with her husband and daughter, she contributes her financial expertise to our ministry.

A central pillar of the community for 25+ years, Grant has excelled as a C-Level Executive. Married for 35 years with three driven children, he offers strategic business expertise to our board, emphasizing community support.

Pastor Bobbi Stiver

Executive Board / Director of Pastoral Care

With over 50 years as a Central Florida pastor and missions worker, Pastor Bobbi recently reopened Ambassadors for Christ in Longwood, FL. She remains a beloved community figure with a legacy of impactful service.

Rick & Jodi Campbell

Executive Board / Spiritual Directors

Rick and Jodi, Central Florida natives, have backgrounds in business and education, respectively. They cherish family life with their children, Natalie and Nathan, and contribute to spiritual guidance within the ministry.
